Aims of the role
The mission of the Project Director/ Medical Big Data Strategy is to be instrumental in the implementation of The Healthcare Safety and Efficiency Ecosystem®; a strategic initiative of Relyens aiming at improving healthcare safety and efficiency delivery outcomes by providing innovative solutions to healthcare actor’s based on technologies developed by an ecosystem of partners.
You will support Relyens in navigating the complex landscape of clinical and medical big data to determine best strategies in terms of clinical and medical data orchestration and multiple uses to achieve its business objectives and scientific impacts – within the EU regulations frame -.
You will also support Relyens in structuring its clinical and medical big data knowledges, expertises and operational management.
You will collaborate with clients, partners of the ecosystem and Relyens teams. As you intersect with elements of their specialty, you will be positioned to formulate and draft – in ways to be defined - recommandations, proposals, roadmaps, use cases,… that advances the implementation, structuration and value of The Healthcare Safety and Efficiency Ecosystem®.
Your mission refers to clinical and medical big data analysis and management ; from legal implication to revenue generations:
Define clinical and medical big data strategy;
Design multi-phased implementation roadmaps;
Animate with internal and/or third-party ressources the identification of critical clinical and medical data and support the customization of our safety and efficiency offerings to their context ;
Contribute to clinical and medical big data product design and development;
Help estimate and plan projects;
Assist marketing, analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence teams,… etc.
Assist business development teams with pre-sales activities and RFPs;
Explore, discover and create new insights from/ for/ with/ though The Healthcare Safety and Efficiency Ecosystem®;
Mentor team members (Product Manager, Data Scientifs, Data Manager,…);
Assist in the structuration of the know-hows.
This is a high profile role within the group, suitable for someone with a long term focus on building a career within Relyens. All-round business competency and the ability to get on and communicate with colleagues at all levels and across multiple geographies are the critical success factors for the role.
Medical base and background required with clinical and medical risks management experience,
Double engenieering – data or IT - qualification would be a plus.

In-depth knowledge of clinical and medical risks, risks management, healthcare safety and efficiency and professional liability,
Knowledge of computer systems and software used in healthcare area,

Excellent interpersonal abilities, customer service skills and public relations savvy,
