Working at Relyens as Technology Solutions Sales Manager, you will be in charge of leading and closing sales engagement to support the business development of our clinical and medical risk management technology solutions in Germany

For that reason, you will be at the forefront of pioneering change working closely with key account managers, customers and our digital partners.

Responsibilities

The Technology Solutions Sales Manager is responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle.

-       Qualify and develop sales leads

-       Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, identifying clients’’ needs

-       Manage the complete sell-cycle from lead qualification to deal closing

-       Build up long term relationships with customers and prospects

-       Stay updated with new products, services, trends and pricing models working closely with our technology partners.

-       Work closely with Relyens key account managers and risk managers

Requirements

-       Proven success track record in quota carrying sales positions

-       More than 5 years’ experience in sales to enterprises

-       Minimum 3 years sales experience of clinical and medical enterprise solutions

-       Experience working with start-up company is a plus

-       Experience with sales to healthcare providers/hospitals

-       Experience with IT software and solutions would be an advantage

-       Hunter’s mentality

-       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-       Ability to generate sales opportunities

-       Fast learner and team player

-       Proactive attitude and a self-starter who takes strong accountability for personal results

-       Experience with the introduction of “new product’s category” would be an advantage

-       German as native language and fluent in English or French

-       Last, you are not completely idealistic but you like to understand how your work concretely serves the general interest

Reporting: Technology Solution Sales Manager reports to the Relyens Technology Services Line of Business Director with a dotted lined to the German Business Unit.

Position based in: Germany Dortmund area, France Strasbourg area
